GoFluid Labs is an AI automation and custom software company based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms cover engagement scope, payment terms, intellectual property rights (client owns all code and deliverables upon full payment), confidentiality, limitation of liability, termination, and dispute resolution under Indian law.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusive of GST (18%). One-time project fees require 50% advance. Late payments beyond 15 days may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
