Project advances are non-refundable once work has commenced (discovery phase initiated). Full refund if no work has begun (within 7 days of payment). Third-party costs (API fees, domains, hosting, licenses) are non-refundable. Contact support@gofluid.in for refund requests. Approved refunds processed within 10–15 business days.
